Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Bouquete, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because many of our products are fresh and perishable, refunds are limited and follow UAE consumer protection guidelines.

1. Fresh Flowers & Perishable Products

Fresh flowers are non-refundable once delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos, and we will review the issue.

2. Workshops & Events

Cancellations 48 hours or more before the scheduled workshop/event:
✔ Full refund or option to reschedule.
Cancellations less than 48 hours before the workshop/event:
✘ Non-refundable.

3. Custom Orders

Personalized or custom designs are non-refundable once preparation has started.

4. Service Failure

If we cannot provide the service due to internal reasons, you may receive a refund or credit.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
