Fresh Flowers &amp; Perishable Products<\/h3>\r\n<div>Fresh flowers are non-refundable once delivered.<\/div>\r\n<div>If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos, and we will review the issue.<\/div>\r\n<h3>2. Workshops &amp; Events<\/h3>\r\n<div>Cancellations 48 hours or more before the scheduled workshop\/event:<\/div>\r\n<div>\u2714 Full refund or option to reschedule.<\/div>\r\n<div>Cancellations less than 48 hours before the workshop\/event:<\/div>\r\n<div>\u2718 Non-refundable.<\/div>\r\n<h3>3. Custom Orders<\/h3>\r\n<div>Personalized or custom designs are non-refundable once preparation has started.<\/div>\r\n<h3>4.
